Learn2learn is a new way of treating dyslexia and learning difficulties, developed by Gudrun Lauterbach on the basis of 3in1 concepts. It is very specific in checking for neurological preferences like eye-, ear- ,hand- and foot dominances as well as checking which brain hemisphere or quadrant is used predominantly. Further on it determines which way the person processes information and which learning style is preferred.
The treatment is created to suit every bodies specific needs to enhance performance, memory and balance disharmony between the brains hemispheres. It is a very effective treatment protocol which is made in a way that it is fun for children.
These ABC's were written by the same 8 year old child at the same day. It was written on two different sheets of paper and he was not told how to write. The instruction was "Please write down the ABC". In between the first line and the second he received a 45 min. treatment of "Learn2Learn" which is a special programme in Kinesiology.
Touch for health (TFH)
Touch for Health was first created by Dr Goodheart and John F. Thie in 1973 and launched a worldwide movement in a holistic approach to health. It was the first kind of Kinesiology (muscle testing) used in a broader spectrum. It is a practical guide to natural health using acupressure, touch and massage to improve postural balance and effectively reduce stress, pain and tension. It uses muscle testing to determine imbalances in the body's acupuncture system. Through muscle testing, kinesiologists can identify the exact nature of blockages in the energy flow. It allows one to identify stressors with a kind of body biofeedback. Once imbalances are identified then a variety of gentle touch techniques can be used to release energy blockages and allow the body's innate healing processes to heal itself .

Although a trained practitioner of Hypnotherapy (approved by the American Board of Hypnotherapy), Katja does not do regular Hypnotherapy sessions. She incorporates the knowledge into a Kinesiology session if necessary to make it work even better:
